1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Qfoods using your phone number and using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you become a registered user.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using Qfoods, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Registration and Account

To use our services, you must register using your valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Services Provided

Qfoods allows you to browse, order, and have food delivered from nearby restaurants. We connect users with third-party food vendors and delivery partners.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment Method: We currently support Cash on Delivery only.
• Refunds: As payments are made after delivery, refunds are not applicable. If there is any issue with your order, you may contact customer support for resolution.

6. User Content

Users may post reviews and comments about food and delivery personnel. By submitting content, you grant Q Foods a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any law.

7. Data Collection and Use

We collect personal data including:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Location (only while the app is open)

This information is used solely to facilitate order processing, delivery tracking, and service improvements.

8. Third-Party Services

Qfoods integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase
  • Authentication – to verify user identity via phone number
  • Cloud Messaging – to send push notifications
  • Crashlytics – to monitor and report app crashes
  • Analytics – to understand app usage and performance
• Leaflet Maps – Used for location display and delivery tracking

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post misleading or false information
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the app's operations or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems

10. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the app and services are always available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Q Foods is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or failures caused by external factors such as weather or traffic conditions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
